Biography
Parker Collins is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in Dallas. Parker participates in the representation of public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Parker has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International in its $6.4 billion acquisition of Maxar Technologies
- Advent International in the $2.7 billion sale of Sovos Brands, Inc. to Campbell Soup Company
- TPG Inc. in its approximately $2.7 billion acquisition of Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P.
- Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. in its sale of AT&T SportsNet Southwest to Houston Astros and Houston Rockets
Prior to joining Weil, Parker was a Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity associate at another international law firm. Parker received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
