Our Initiatives

Weil’s industry-leading social responsibility programs include year-round charitable giving to nonprofit organizations, public-private partnerships, higher education scholarships, nonprofit board service, and volunteer opportunities and cause-related events both during firm time and beyond.

Charitable Giving

Charitable giving has been a pivotal part of Weil’s social responsibility platform since the Firm’s inception. Today, Weil is proud to support hundreds of U.S.-based nonprofit organizations through the Firm and Weil Foundation, including disaster and medical relief agencies, social and legal service organizations, and many more.

Weil Scholarship Program

As part of Weil’s ongoing commitment to education, the Weil Scholarship Program awards up to $10,000 per student toward higher education expenses for dependents of Weil U.S.-based administrative staff on an annual basis.

Weil Legal Innovators Program

Weil Legal Innovators is a multi-stakeholder philanthropic initiative which engages rising law school students in addressing some of the most pressing social and legal challenges in our communities today. Innovators work at leading nonprofit organizations for a one-year paid fellowship program prior to beginning their law school careers.
