Grant under the Bankruptcy Act, Weil’s Restructuring group has been a leader in retail cases, both in and out of court.  We have played leading roles, representing the debtors or creditors in the largest and most complex retail cases, including: A&P, Macy's Department Stores, Federated Department Stores, Kmart Stores, Montgomery Ward, Grand Union, Allied Stores, Bruno’s Supermarkets, LLC, and Best Products, to mention a few.
