Biography
Abe Rosen is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.
Abe received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and served as Executive Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. He received his B.A, summa cum laude, from Kean University.

- Alacrity Solutions, a leader in insurance claims management services, in connection with an out-of-court financial restructuring that provided $175 million in new capital and eliminated approximately $1 billion of debt.
