Zane Elsisi
Biography
Zane Elsisi is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Zane participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Zane has been part of the teams advising:
- Aterian Investment Partners in its sale of Stewart Tubular Products to Pelican Energy Partners III, LP
- Cobepa S.A. in its acquisition of Eagle Fire; and its investment in SAX
- EQT Partners and its portfolio company WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems in its sale of WASH to Northleaf Capital Partners and AVALT
- Nexa Equity LLC in its acquisition of Easy Metrics Inc.
- Reservoir Capital Group, LLC in sale of its majority stake in ClearCaptions LLC to CC Opportunities, LLC
- TPG and its portfolio company Irth Solutions in its acquisition of Boreal Information Strategies 2014, Inc.
Zane received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School where he served on the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law, and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Moot Court, Trial Division Honor Societies, and his B.A., cum laude, from Syracuse University.
