Blair Stamas is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Blair participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Blair received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, and her B.A. from Yale University.
