
Joseph Erdos is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Joe participates in the representation of clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial matters across numerous industries, with a particular focus on sports, media, and entertainment. Joe's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth equity and venture capital transactions, secondary transactions, and minority investments. He has been involved in representing clients such as private equity firms and institutional investors in complex deals within the sports and media sectors as well as other more traditional sectors including consumer, finance and health.

Prior to re-joining Weil, Joe was an associate at another international law firm.
Joe received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Cardozo Law Review and a member of the Tech Startup Clinic. He received his B.A. in Film Production from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College.
