James Bromley
James Bromley is Co-Head of Weil’s London Private Funds Group and co-leads the Global Sustainability group. He focuses on advising private fund sponsors on the establishment and operation of private funds across all asset classes, including on the strategic aspects of new manager establishment and platform extensions. James also advises managers and large cornerstone investors on GP-stake transactions and secondaries.

Prior to joining Weil, James was one of the original members of Rede Partners, where he acted for a variety of sponsors on primary fundraisings, strategic advisory mandates and secondary transactions. James previously worked with the British Venture Capital Association and the UK Government advising on policy initiatives, the impact of legislative reforms and the drafting of primary legislation. James also served as a member of the British Army Reserve with the Honourable Artillery Company.
