Parker Winston Lawter
Biography
 
                
Parker Lawter is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Parker participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.        
Parker has been part of the teams advising:
- DT Midstream, Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of a portfolio of three FERC-regulated natural gas transmission pipelines from ONEOK, Inc.
- PSG in its acquisition of Unscreen.TV; the closing of PSG Sequel, a $2 billion continuation fund; and its sale of Chatmeter
Parker received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as Assistant Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review and was the recipient of multiple American Jurisprudence Awards. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Oklahoma Baptist University.
