Biography
Laura Ceitlin is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Laura participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.
Laura has been part of the teams advising:
- Cobepa S.A., as sponsor, in a senior secured term loan and revolving facility for Talon Buyer Inc. to finance the acquisition of Eagle Fire and its acquisition of Eagle Fire
- JPMorgan Chasein multi-billion dollar financing transactions for Clarios Global LP
- O6 Finance Sub, LLC (a portfolio company of Quad-C Management, Inc.) in its senior secured term loan and revolving facilities to finance the acquisition of O6 Environmental
- WEX Inc. in its $450 million senior secured incremental term loan B facility, together with the issuance of $550 million of unsecured notes
Laura received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where she served as Graduate Editor for the Journal of Law & Business. She received her LL.B. from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and graduated with a Certificate in Financial Management from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
