Weil Launches Leaders Podcast Series Led by Barry Wolf

In September 2025, Weil launched a new video podcast series – Leaders – in which Executive Partner Barry Wolf has a conversation with one of our Weil leaders about their journey as a lawyer, time at Weil and experience in Firm leadership and management.

In our latest episode, Barry Wolf speaks with Tana Ryan, Managing Partner of our Los Angeles office. Among a range of topics, Tana shares insights about how she found her passion for private equity law, the uniqueness of the LA market and what clients can expect in the year ahead, three values that are crucial for building a new office and a leader outside of the legal industry she admires.

Plus, every episode of Leaders ends with the signature Lightning Round of fun and engaging questions.
