Biography
Thandi Mallowah is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Thandi participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Thandi received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served on the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law, and her LL.B., First Class Honours, from King's College London, The Dickson Poon School of Law.
