Biography
Jasmine Rivera is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Jasmine participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Jasmine has been part of the teams advising:
- Cornell Capital and its portfolio company kdc/one in its acquisition of Barony Universal
- CPP Investments in its approximately $1 billion investment in support of merger between Novolex (a portfolio company of Apollo) and Pactiv Evergreen
- EQT Transition Infrastructure in its acquisition of Scale Microgrids
- Hilco Global in the sale of its majority stake to ORIX Corporation USA
- OMERS and its portfolio company Paradigm in its investment from Neuberger Berman Capital Solution
Jasmine joined Weil as a summer associate in 2023.
Jasmine received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.
