Ryan Lawless
Biography
Ryan Lawless is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Ryan participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Ryan received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar, a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, magna cum laude, a Pro Bono Scholar, and a Staff Member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review. Ryan received his B.A., magna cum laude, in English and Spanish Language and Literature from Fordham University, where he was awarded the Margaret Lamb Writing to the Right-Hand Margin Award for Excellence in Fiction Writing.
