Grace Embrey is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Grace participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Grace has been part of the teams advising:
- Blackstone and its portfolio company InhabitIQ, Inc. in its senior secured term loan and revolving facility
- Everstream Solutions LLC (a portfolio company of InfraBridge Investors and DigitalBridge Group) in its sale of certain network assets to Lakefront Fiber
- TPG Inc. in its $660 million acquisition of Peppertree Capital Management, Inc.
Grace received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Florida.
