Weil Advised Getty Images in its $4.8B Business Combination with CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II

Weil advised Getty Images Inc., a preeminent global visual content creator and marketplace, in its $4.8 billion business combination with CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II, a SPAC formed by a partnership between CC Capital and Neuberger Berman. Upon completion of the business combination, the combined company has been renamed Getty Images Holdings, Inc. The transaction closed on July 22, 2022.
