Weil is advising a consortium of investors led by Advent International and Corvex Private Equity and including several leading family offices in a definitive agreement whereby the investors will acquire all of the outstanding public shares of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc., a premier global leadership advisor, in an all-cash transaction valuing Heidrick at approximately $1.3 billion in equity value. This transaction is expected to close by the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon closing of the transaction, Heidrick will be a private company.
