Biography
Brenna Murphy is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Brenna participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for real estate related companies.
Brenna received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and was the recipient of the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. She also received a Certificate in Business Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Brenna received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Providence College and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha and Sigma Tau Delta honor societies.
