Caitlin Haggerty is an associate in the Employment practice London. She advises clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, with a focus on working with private equity companies, their portfolio entities and with institutional clients.

Representative experience as part of a team includes:

  • Advent International on the $550m sale of Ultra Maritime’s Signature Management & Power business to ESCO Technologies
  • Advent International on its acquisition of SYSPRO, a leading global Enterprise Resource Planning software provider
  • Brookfield Asset Management and Schoeller Allibert on the merger with IPL, creating an international sustainable packaging producer across Europe, the UK and North America with combined pro forma annual revenue of over US$1.4 billion
  • Globeducate (a portfolio company of Providence Equity), on the acquisition of the L’Ecole des Petits and L’Ecole de Battersea French-English bilingual elementary schools
  • Lone Star Funds in connection with the acquisition of the XSYS division (which specializes in the development and supply of printing plates, sleeves and adapters, and pre-press equipment to the packaging industry) from the Flint Group
  • L’Oréal in its acquisition of Color Wow
  • PSG Equity on the strategic growth investment in Glasswall

Prior to joining Weil, Caitlin trained as a solicitor at a US-headquartered international firm in London where she gained experience in the firm’s Employment, M&A and Private Equity, Litigation and Structured Finance practices.
