Weil Advises The Home Depot in its Pending $18.25B Acquisition of SRS

Weil is advising The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, in its definitive agreement to acquire SRS Distribution Inc., a leading residential specialty trade distribution company across several verticals serving the professional roofer, landscaper and pool contractor, in a transaction that implies an SRS enterprise value of approximately $18.25 billion. The transaction is expected to close by the end of fiscal 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
