Weil is advising TPG in its acquisition of Irth Solutions, a leading provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies. TPG will acquire Irth through TPG Growth, the firm’s middle market and growth equity platform, from Blackstone Energy Transition Partners.
