Sam Harrison
Biography
Sam Harrison is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Sam participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Sam has been part of the teams advising:
- Altamont Capital Partners in its close of its first continuation fund extending its investment and partnership with Tacala
- Aterian Investment Partners in its acquisition of Outlook Group, LLC
- Lone Star Funds and XSYS Germany Holding Gmbh in its $325 million acquisition of the MacDermid graphics business from Element Solutions Incorporated
- TPG Inc. in its $660 million acquisition of Peppertree Capital Management, Inc.
Sam received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy, and he received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Clemson University.
