Weil advised the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, as joint lead bookrunning managers, on Once Upon a Farm, PBC’s $198 million initial public offering. The offering consisted of 10,997,209 million shares of common stock at a price of $18 a share.
Founded in 2015, Once Upon a Farm is a mission-driven producer of organic, farm-fresh snacks and meals for children of all ages, focused on fresh nutrition and clean ingredients, with distribution across the United States and a growing retail footprint.
The Weil deal team was led by Capital Markets Co-Head Alex Lynch and Capital Markets partner Barbra Broudy.
