Weil’s Intellectual Property practices again earned national recognition in the 2022 edition of IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners. The publication recognized both the Firm’s Patent Litigation and Technology & IP Transactions practices as among the best in the United States, with Weil receiving 7 firm-wide rankings and 9 lawyers receiving a total of 10 individual recommendations.

IAM Patent 1000 highlighted Weil’s “cutting-edge patent litigation and technology transactions practices,” noting the Firm’s established relationships with many of the world’s top companies. Weil’s Patent Litigation practice “has proven its mettle in enterprise-threatening patent litigation time and again,” while earning rankings nationally, as well as in each of the primary regions where it operates, including California, the D.C.
