Weil Advises Seven2 Portfolio Company Vitaprotech in Acquisition of Identiv’s Physical Security Operations and Assets

Weil is advising Seven2 portfolio company Vitaprotech in its acquisition of the physical security, access card, and identity reader operations and assets of Identiv, a global security and identification leader. Under the terms of the agreement, Identiv will receive a cash payment of $145 million upon closing, which is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2024.
