Weil advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners in its acquisition of Care.com, Inc. from IAC. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Care.com is one of the largest online platforms for seekers and providers of care services across childcare, senior care, adult care and pet care. The transaction is expected to close in mid-March.
