Shireen’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing a communications and information technology services provider in contested litigation in connection with chapter 11 cases, and a global private equity firm in an antitrust claim related to SPAC mergers and the third-party administration of electronic rental car tolls.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including serving on Weil teams representing pro bono clients in domestic violence disputes and civil rights actions. She has also worked on intake matters in collaboration with the Innocence Project.
Shireen received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal, and her B.S. from New York University.
