Shireen Leung
Shireen Leung is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on litigating complex commercial, antitrust, breach of contract, and bankruptcy disputes in state and federal courts around the country.

Shireen’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing a communications and information technology services provider in contested litigation in connection with chapter 11 cases, and defending The Gores Group LLC against an antitrust claim filed in the C.D. Cal. related to SPAC mergers and the third-party administration of electronic rental car tolls, which was favorably resolved following the filing of a motion to dismiss.

She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including serving on Weil teams representing pro bono clients in domestic violence disputes and civil rights actions. She has also worked on intake matters in collaboration with the Innocence Project.  

Shireen received her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal, and her B.S. from New York University.
