Biography
Minkee Sohn is an associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in Silicon Valley. Minkee participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the tax aspects of a wide range of corporate, private equity and restructuring transactions.
Minkee received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and he received his B.A. from Stanford University. He served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Sandra Segal Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
