Jack Stratton
Jack Stratton is a partner in Weil’s Executive Compensation & Benefits practice and based in Los Angeles. He focuses his practice on advising clients on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings, and spin-offs.

Jack regularly counsels private equity sponsors and public and private companies on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of employment, severance, and change in control agreements, as well as deferred compensation plans and equity and other incentive compensation arrangements. He also advises clients on compliance with applicable tax, securities, and employment laws, and prepares compensation-related disclosures for proxy statements and other public filings.
