Camille Carp is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Camille participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Camille has been part of the teams advising:
- One Investment Management in its $200 million investment in Noveon Magnetics Inc.
- Pacific Avenue Capital Partners in its $320 million acquisition of Care.com, Inc.
- TCV and OneSource Virtual in the sale of OneSource Virtual to affiliates of TA Associates
Camille received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she served as Senior Editor on the Boston College Law Review, and her B.A. from the University of Washington.
