Weil Advised Pacific Avenue Partners in its $1.1B Acquisition of Oldcastle Lawn & Garden

Weil advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a leading global private equity firm focused on corporate carve-outs and other complex middle-market situations, in its acquisition of Oldcastle Lawn & Garden Inc. from CRH plc in a transaction valued at over $1.1 billion. The business will operate as GardenCore, a standalone company and leading U.S. manufacturer of lawn and garden consumables.
