Biography
Amelia Krell is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Amelia participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Amelia joined Weil as a summer associate in 2020. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Amelia received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Articles Editor of the St. John's Law Review, and her B.A. from Tulane University, where she made the Dean’s List and was a selected member of the Newcomb Scholars Program.
