Biography
Leslie Smith is an attorney in Weil's Real Estate practice and is based in Dallas. Leslie's experience includes a wide range of commercial real estate transactions involving mixed-use condominiums, office, industrial and retail properties throughout the U.S. Leslie has negotiated real estate acquisitions, financings and sales. Leslie also regularly works on M&A transactions in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry as well as projects involving the development and financing of natural gas and crude oil pipeline facilities. She is an active participant in the Firm’s pro bono efforts.
