Weil advised Blue Star Innovation Partners and PSG Equity in the sale of their portfolio company PlayMetrics to Genstar Capital portfolio company Stack Sports, as part of the merger of PlayMetrics and Stack Sports.
PlayMetrics is a Morrisville, North Carolina-based provider of operations management software for youth sports organizations. Stack Sports is a Dallas-based sports organization software provider. Genstar Capital will be the majority owner of the combined company.
