Biography
Leigh Dannhauser is an associate in Weil's Capital Markets practice and is based in New York. Leigh participates in advising issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. She has been involved in investment grade and high-yield debt offerings as well as primary and secondary equity offerings.
Leigh has been part of the teams advising:
- Citi, Truist, Wells Fargo and another financial institution, as representatives of the underwriters, in a $2.1 billion offering of senior notes by The Williams Companies, Inc.
- Diversified Healthcare Trust in a $941 million offering of zero coupon senior secured notes due 2026
- Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, as administrative agent, in a senior unsecured delayed draw term loan facility for Owens Corning to finance acquisition of Masonite International Corp.
- Office Properties Income Trust in its $300 million 144A/Reg S offering of 9.000% senior secured notes due 2029
- The initial purchasers in a $450 million senior secured 144A/Reg S senior secured notes offering by OUTFRONT Media, Inc.
Leigh received her J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was Chief Articles Editor of UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. She also received her M.S. from the University of Virginia and her B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
