Weil represented Trive Capital in the sale of EarthLink, one of the largest internet providers in the United States, to a consortium led by WaveDivision Capital, the Pritzker Organization and Stephens Capital Partners. Following the sale, Trive will continue to hold a significant minority stake in EarthLink.
