Nicole Tark
Biography
Nicole Tark is an Executive Compensation & Benefits Counsel in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Nicole participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA issues in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, initial public offerings and other strategic transactions.
Nicole has been part of the teams advising:
- Luminar Technologies in its $110 million sale of Luminar Semiconductor to Quantum Computing; and its $33 million sale of LiDAR business to MicroVision
- Pacific Avenue Capital Partners in its acquisition of MBI Assets Holdco, LLC (d/b/a Therm-All)
- PSG in its sale of Chatmeter
- TruArc Partners in its acquisition of Schill Grounds Management
- Willis Towers Watson PLC in its $1.3 billion acquisition of Newfront
Nicole received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and she received her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania.
