Weil Advised PSG on ThreatConnect’s Sale to Dataminr

Weil advised PSG and its portfolio company ThreatConnect, Inc., a provider of a cyber threat intelligence platform that allows global organizations to manage threat information by aggregating, analyzing and acting to counter cyber-attacks, in its sale to Dataminr, Inc., an AI platform for real-time event, threat and risk intelligence.
