Biography

Naz’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing a life science company in an FTC investigation in connection with its purchase of a start-up, representing a pharmaceutical company in its antitrust case against a competitor involving illegal bundling and exclusionary conduct; and representing a marketing company in its antitrust case against a competitor involving a predatory pricing scheme.
Naz maintains an active pro bono practice that, of late, includes working with the Center for Reproductive Rights to challenge North Dakota’s trigger ban and working with the Office of Capital and Forensic Writs to represent a client in connection with their death penalty sentencing appeal.
Naz received her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was a Staff Editor for the Review of Law and Social Change. She received her B.A. in International Relations, magna cum lade, from Brown University.
