Biography

Joseph’s recent experience includes serving as a member of Weil teams representing a consumer products company in patent infringement litigation related to e-vapor technology, as well as a major media conglomerate in a high-profile antitrust suit brought by a competitor.
Joseph also regularly participates in pro bono engagements, including work through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program on housing-related issues.
Joseph received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center where he was a Senior Editor for the Georgetown Environmental Law Review. He earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining Weil, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Judge Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and to the Hon. Judge Brantley Starr of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
