Weil Shortlisted for Private Equity Law Firm of the Year and Top Deal Awards at 2023 Thomson Reuters ALB China Law Awards

Weil has been shortlisted for top honors at the 2023 ALB China Law Awards, highlighting the Firm’s accomplishment as one of the top private equity law practices in China.

Weil has been recognized as a finalist for Private Equity Law Firm of the Year, while China Managing Partner Charles Ching has been named a finalist for Dealmaker of the Year. In addition, Weil has been recognized for its work on landmark transactions which have been shortlisted for M&A Deal of the Year, including the $4.3 billion take private of 51job, Inc., BPEA EQT’s sale of HCP Packaging to The Carlyle Group, and Advent’s stake acquisition of Wagas Group.
