Biography
Max Chu is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Max represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including leveraged buyouts, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments and joint ventures. Prior to joining Weil, Max worked at leading international law firms in Hong Kong and Beijing.
Max is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
