Biography
Qi Zhang is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Qi regularly represents public and private corporations, management groups, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions, private equity investments and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Weil, Qi focused on corporate practice at another leading international law firm’s New York and Hong Kong offices.
