Weil Advises Underwriters in UL Solutions’ $1.1 Billion IPO

Weil advised the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, as lead managing bookrunners, in the $1.1 billion initial public offering of UL Solutions Inc. At closing, the IPO was the second largest IPO to date in 2024.
