Weil Acted as Legal Counsel to Oaktree Capital on the Acquisition of Aqseptence Group

Weil’s client, funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., has completed its acquisition of Aqseptence Group GmbH, a leading equipment and solutions provider for water treatment and liquid/solid separation. Weil acted as legal counsel to Oaktree.
