Biography
Florian J. Wessel is counsel in the Corporate department of our Munich office focusing on M&A and private equity transactions as well as on restructuring.
Florian is a graduate of Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (LL.B. 2011, law degree 2013). Following legal training and qualification in Hamburg, he worked as an Assistant Vice President with Deutsche Bank. Florian was admitted to practice in Germany in 2016.
Florian is fluent in English, German, and French.
