Biography
Silvia Lengauer is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of the Munich office. She advises on domestic as well as cross-border transactions, including acquisition finance, secured and unsecured bank lending and syndicated loans.
Since joining Weil, Madleen has advised:
- Superior Industries Group, a manufacturer of aluminum wheels, on its European transformation
- Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. on the sale of LifeFit Group to Waterland Private Equity
- NRDC Equity Management Company on its acquisition of Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof out of insolvency
Silvia studied business law at the Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management, Munich. Prior to joining Weil, she worked, among others, at another international US law firm and a "Magic Circle" law firm in Munich.
Silvia is fluent in German and English.
