Weil advised One Investment Management on its investment in privately placed senior secured convertible bonds issued by Yoda PLC.

Yoda PLC is a Cyprus Stock Exchange-listed company which invests in a diversified portfolio of companies across geographies, strategies and lifecycles. The investment will allow Yoda PLC to further diversify its portfolio, structuring investments that will generate significant returns to shareholders by capitalizing on current market conditions.
