Weil advised PSG and its portfolio company Inktavo, LLC, a developer of innovative SaaS solutions that enable branded merchandise businesses to succeed and grow by helping to increase sales and streamline production, in its acquisition of OrderMyGear, LLC. This acquisition brings together two innovators to create a comprehensive suite of solutions for branded merchandise businesses.
