Weil advised Goldman Sachs Alternatives as lead investor in a $280M continuation vehicle for select assets from the fintech portfolio of Point72 Ventures. The continuation vehicle will be managed by an affiliate of Portage, a global fintech investment platform, which will serve as general partner of the continuation vehicle.
